500 g seaweed

150 g squid fillet

0.5 carrots

For the marinade

2 teaspoons vinegar

5 glass 4 water

1 teaspoon sugar

1 Art. l. salt

Canned laminaria used without pretreatment. Frozen sea kale defrosted in cold water, rinse, chop. Cover with cold water, quickly heat, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes. Broth drain the cabbage and again pour warm water, drain again after boiling broth. Then again boil cabbage in water for 15-20 minutes.

In hot water, add sugar, salt, cloves, bay leaf, pepper and cook for 5 minutes; the resulting solution was drained, cooled, add vinegar essence. Boiled cabbage to cool and add the cooked marinade. Pickled cabbage with squid for 8-10 h. To do this, squid fillet defrosted, remove surface skin and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Cool and
