Fish clean from the bones, cut into small pieces. Mix the vinegar with water (1 teaspoon) and pour this solution on the fish. Fish should be marinated for 5-7 minutes. After this time, drain the vinegar solution, let the liquid drain out.
The mushrooms cook, cool, chop. Eggs boil, cool, peel, chop. Onion peel and cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Lettuce, wash with cold water, chop. Products mix, add beans, pepper, salt. Season with mayonnaise.
