250 g turkey breast
200 g rice
100 g canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
100 g prunes
4 eggs
2 lemon
250 g mayonnaise
ground black pepper
salt
Turkey fillet wash, boil in salted water, cool, cut into slices. Boil rice in salted water, fold in a colander, cool. Prunes rinse with cold water. Boil eggs, cool, peel, chop. Products mix, add the peas, pepper, salt, season with mayonnaise. Lemon cut into rings.
Ready salad garnish with lemon.
