Olivier "Extravagant"
300 g beef liver
60 g sour cream
3 onions
100 g canned beans
4 eggs
100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
black pepper
salt
Liver wash, cut into strips, dipped in sour cream and fry on low heat with onions, cool. Eggs boil, cool, peel, chop. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Products mix, add the beans, pepper, salt, season with mayonnaise.
