Vegetable salad "Amateur"
80 g cold smoked fish
50 g pickled mushrooms
2 boiled potatoes
1 pickles
1 Apple
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
parsley
green salad
salt
Cut into small pieces fish fillets.
Peel and chop the cucumber and Apple strips, mushrooms and potatoes cut into slices.
Connect the prepared ingredients, add oil, add salt, stir.
Before serving vegetable salad "Amateur" is laid out on lettuce leaves and decorated with greenery.
