Festive salad "Color"
3-4 medium boiled potatoes
1 beets
1 a bunch of lettuce
1 tsp. turmeric
Filling:
1 garlic clove
1 ginger root 2 cm
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey
olive oil
black pepper
To prepare the salad, you can use both raw and boiled beets to taste.
Peel potatoes, cooked with turmeric, cut into cubes.
Beets RUB on a medium grater.
To arbitrarily pick lettuce.
To prepare the dressing, chop the garlic and ginger, connecting them with the rest of the filling ingredients and mix.
Pour a third of the sauce beets, stir, another third to water the potatoes, the remaining salad.
Before serving Christmas buffet to make festive vegetable salad "Color": divide the potatoes, beets and salad each into three equal parts and put them in the squares on a flat dish.
