For the salad you will need:

1 package linguine noodles (cooked, well washed and chilled)

?-1 Kachan Chinese cabbage

?-1 Kachan purple cabbage

?-1 bunch of spinach

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 the beam sprouted wheat grains

3 shallot onion

3 cucumber

1 a big bunch of cilantro

1 a bowl of cashew nuts (lightly toasted)

For the sauce you will need:

1 lime

8 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sesame oil

6 tablespoons soy sauce



1/3 Cup sugar

3 tablespoons chopped ginger

2 garlic cloves

2 ora pepper

1 coriander

So, having collected all of the above ingredients on a cutting table, we will begin to prepare exquisite Asian vegetable salad. Cooking will take a minimum of time and effort, and the result is the maximum of pleasures. So, let's start

Let's start with cutting the vegetables. You chop the vegetables one by one, as shown in the photos

I have in the fridge were stocks of lettuce, which I also decided to add in this salad.

Sprouted wheat should be rinsed thoroughly, and then optionally cut into smaller sprouts or leave it in its original form. I prefer to leave them in this form:

With bell peppers should do the following: cut off the top, cleaned from the inside of the seeds and cut all the peppers, as shown below:

Next, chop the onion and cilantro and cut into julienne cucumbers. Cilantro should not be cut finely, you can just casually pakramsat.

Next, wash, clean young spinach.

Well, that's all. For the final result, just need to cook the sauce, which we will fill the chopped vegetables. In this salad it is important dressing. It will depend on the harmony of taste and refinement. That's all we need (except bitter pepper, if you don't like spicy):

In a suitable utensils pour 8 tablespoons of olive oil, squeeze out the juice of one lime (or lemon) and add the same 6-7 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Then add to this consistency 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil (M-m-m, love it!). And 1/3 of the bowl yellow sugar. Sugar is necessary to balance the acidity of lemon juice and colombatti soy sauce. Do not be afraid of mixing flavors. These ingredients are used in most sauces for vegetable salads in the world. Try it and You will constantly prepare such dressing (what seasoned salad). The amount of sugar here varies on the taste of the cook. If you want to give more sweetness to the salad, then feel free to add sugar to this my portions.
