Salad "Teschin language"

3 kg On zucchini

2-3 garlic cloves

pod bitter pepper

5 Cayenne pepper

0,5 l tomato sauce

0,5 glass sugar

0,25 l water

1 glass vegetable oil

the 1.5 tsp. salt

a few black peppercorns

3-4 things cloves.

Instructions:

Zucchini and pepper into cubes, garlic mince. Mix everything and cook for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking add 100 g of vinegar. Expanded into sterilized jars and roll.
