Salad of fish eggs (taramosalata)
For this recipe you will need:
100 g fish roe
4 bread - a piece
1 pcs. onion (small)
1 pcs. lemon
Soak in water, breadcrumbs, then beat well and add the fish eggs. Stir the mixture until smooth, adding a little vegetable oil and lemon juice, if desired, add pepper. Decomposed into small plates and garnish with olives, capers and pickles
