Salad with cornichons
Required Products:
12 pcs. gherkins
4 anchovies - peeled fillets
4 pcs. boiled potatoes
2 pickled onion - head
2 pcs. boiled egg
1 pcs. pickled peppers
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. vinegar of 3%
basil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices. All other components are cut into small cubes.
For the filling, beat butter with vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Connect prepared foods, pour dressing and toss.
