Salad of cucumber harvesting "Nezhinskii"

1.2 kg cucumbers

750 g onions

120 g vegetable oil

20 g dill

2 Art. l. 5% vinegar

1 h. l. salt

pepper

bay leaves

Oil boil, allow to cool.

Prepared cucumber slice, chop onions, chopped dill.

Take a 1 liter jars, pour in 1 tbsp each calcined oil, put dill, onions and spices, then cucumber, sprinkle with sugar and salt, add the vinegar and bay leaf, cover with cucumber water.
