200 g salted salmon / trout

1.5 cup Round rice

1 fresh cucumber

1 pigtail smoked cheese



1 lemon

2 tablespoons soft cottage cheese

1/2 tablespoons salt

nori seaweed

Wash rice in running water, put in a saucepan, pour in 1.5 cups of cold water, add salt, 3 tablespoons sugar, bring to the boil, reducing heat to a minimum, cover rice lid leaving 25 min.

Cucumber cut into small cubes as well - pigtail cheese and processed cheese, fish.

Squeeze the juice of lemon, rice out onto a plate, let cool, pour lemon juice, stir, put the sliced cucumber, cream cheese, mix well.

Share on rice on a flat dish, molding body and the head of the dragon (or snake or another animal to taste), on top of a strip of an even layer to lay the fish, sprinkle with cheese, pig-tailed, mixed with cream cheese, molded legs.

Nori break into rectangles, soak in soy sauce mixed with water.

Cover the salad nori as a "skin" of the dragon.

Make a salad roll "Dragon Vasya" cucumber and ginger, chill before serving.
