Stuffed fish lemons
200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
30 black olives
6 large lemons
4 boiled egg yolk
1 Bank of canned salmon or salmon
1 a bunch of parsley
black pepper
salt
Chop, then combine the parsley, canned food, egg yolks and olives, stir.
With lemons cut off the top, carefully remove the pulp, remove bones and skin from the pulp, add it to cooked fish mass, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise and stir.
Stuff the lemons cooked weight, put them, put vertically on a plate, decorate with greens and olives, remove the stuffed fish lemon before serving in the fridge.
