Japanese salad
1 Bank of canned pineapple
3 tomatoes
2 orange
a little pickled ginger (optional)
lemon juice
pinch of salt
incomplete teaspoon sugar
green salad
2 3 tablespoons cream
Pineapple, chopped medium-sized tomatoes, slices of orange, seeded and cut in half, and chopped ginger mixed with sugar, salt and lemon juice and place in the refrigerator. Before serving, spread all on lettuce leaves, beautifully arranged them on a platter, and pour all the mixture of cream, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
