"Nostalgia" - mixed vegetables
1 kg Young squash zucchini
400 g cucumbers
5 tomatoes
4 carrots
3 cloves of garlic
2 bell peppers
2 sweet and sour apple green
2 onions
500 ml tomato juice
3 Art. l. 5% vinegar
vegetable fat
ground black pepper
salt
Very original and at the same time simple in execution recipe canning vegetables.
Finely chop all the vegetables, carrots grate, chop the apples last.
Separately, fry with a little oil all the vegetables, carrots and apples are roasted together salt and pepper to taste.
Connect all the roasted vegetables, pour 500 ml of tomato juice, put vinegar added at the end of quenching together with through chesnokodavku garlic.
Next canning is done as follows: mixed vegetables fit into sterilized jars, lids rolled.
