Lean vinaigrette
5 tubers Potato
3 sour cucumber
2 carrots
2 beet
1 head onions
vinegar
mustard
vegetable fat
salt
Vegetables wash, boil until cooked, let them cool and then peel.
Cut into cubes of boiled potatoes, carrots and beets, cucumbers.
Finely chop the onion, prepared to join with the rest of the ingredients.
Season with vinaigrette lean vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper, stir and serve.
