Vinaigrette with fresh herring
2 fresh herring
2 potatoes
1 pickles
1 tomato
1 carrots
1 tbsp. green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 beets
50 g green onions
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sauce "Moscow"
parsley
salt to taste
Boiled potatoes, carrots, beets, pickles and tomato cut into slices. Fish (fillet) cooked and cut into pieces. Mix everything, add green peas and mayonnaise sauce with the addition of "Moscow" and salt to taste. Put in a salad-dish, put on top of slices of fish, drizzle them with mayonnaise. Garnish with beets, carrots, green onions and parsley. The vinaigrette can be prepared with sardines, sardinella, sardinops.
