Italian salad with tomatoes and bread
500 g chopped tomatoes
300 g diced baguette
100 ml olive oil
50 g chopped onion
35 g chopped fresh basil
25 ml red wine or apple vinegar
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
ground black pepper
salt
Stir the bread slices, onion, basil and tomatoes in a large salad bowl.
Whisk the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, season with salad.
Cover with Italian salad with tomatoes and bread lid, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before serving, arrange salad greens.
