Strawberry-carrot salad
300 g strawberry
6 carrots
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. grated lime zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped lemon balm
Cut strawberries in half, carrots cut into strips.
Preparation of sauce: combine olive oil, lemon balm and lemon juice, whisking.
Put in a salad bowl strawberries and carrots.
Drizzle salad prepared sauce and sprinkle with lime zest.
