2 kg tomatoes

1 kg zucchini

500 g sweet pepper

400 g carrots

1 glass vegetable oil

1 glass sugar

2 Art. l. salt

1 Art. l. vinegar

1 head of garlic

Mince the tomatoes, carrots and zucchini cut into cubes, pepper - julienne.

Combine carrots and tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes, then add the zucchini, pepper and salt, add vegetable oil and sugar, cook for another half hour.
