2 kg Eggplant

3 heads of garlic

1 bunch of greens

1 glass vegetable oil

? glass vinegar

1 Art. l. a mixture of ground black and red pepper

1 Art. l. salt

? Art. l. sugar

Slice the eggplant on mugs, fry on both sides in butter, not pouring oil after frying.

Grind garlic, combine with pepper, sugar and salt, vinegar.

Dipped in garlic mixture, lay circles eggplant into sterilized jars, alternating with greens.

Next eggplant with garlic "Spark" kapron lids closed or rolled, are stored in the refrigerator.
