Mushrooms cooked in this recipe can be used for making sauces, pizza for Christmas meals and snacks.
Rinse the mushrooms and chop, pour half of the water, salt, cover and cook mushrooms until tender, add the remaining water and cook until tender.
Then mushrooms need to stretch, to shift them to the pan and evaporated until thick.
Place the hot mushroom concentrate on sterilized jars, roll covers, sterilize 1.5 hours in boiling water, leave banks for 2 days, then re-sterilize in boiling water for 45 minutes, leave for 2 days and then sterilize for 45 minutes.
Store jars in the cold.
