2 beet

Sauce:

50 ml sour cream



50 ml cream 33%

1/4 lemon (juice)

Beets wash, dry, wrap in foil and bake for an hour in the oven, then leave to cool, remove the cold.

Chilled beets clean, cut into cubes, spread out on cups, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Stir the cream with sour cream and salt, add the beets.

Remove the skin from the herring, remove all the bones, cut into fillets into cubes, put in a glass, too, sprinkle lemon and pour the sauce.

Apple peel, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon.

The last layer put the chopped onion, pour good snack sauce.

Before serving snack Christmas herring and beets "Verriny" is made with lemon and herbs.
