1 kg mushrooms

100 g vinegar

1 l water

2 tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. sugar

pepper

Bay leaf

Water to boil, add mushrooms, pepper, Bay leaf, sugar and salt, cook for 15-20 minutes, then pour in the vinegar and remove from heat, allow the mushrooms to cool.

Then it is canning: mushrooms are arranged in banks, filled with brine.

Keep marinated mushrooms have in the fridge.
