Medallions with tomato and pepper
400 g smoked sausage
what kind of sausage to choose? we'll show
150 g red tomatoes
150 g butter
150 g cheese
20 g green onions
2 sweet green pepper
Finely chop green onions, small dice chop the sausage and mix with the softened butter, add grated cheese and stir.
Cut off tops of peppers and tomatoes with a spoon remove the pulp and seeds and stuff with stuffing, tamped to remove in the cold for 3-4 hours.
Before serving Christmas buffet chop medallions with tomatoes and peppers on a thin plastic and put it on a flat dish.
