Carrot Sandwich
4 grain buns or 8 slices rye bread
2 carrots
50 g hard cheese
1 cucumber
1 h. l. lemon juice
1 h. l. butter

2 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, sprinkle with lemon juice and lightly fry in butter. Add parsley, pepper and salt.
Cut the cucumber into thin circles and cheese - plastic.
Cut the rolls in half horizontally, on the lower part of the first to put the plastic cheese, cucumber and then sandwiched carrot mixture on top of the cheese and put cucumber. Cover the bottom of the muffin top.
