Black and white sandwich with cucumber
12 thin square slices of rye bread
12 thin square slices of white bread
2 Art. l. chopped dill
1 large cucumber
50 g butter

Clear cucumber peeled and cut into thin plastics, then season with salt and place for 30 minutes in a sealed container to stand out excess moisture.
Beat the butter and combine it with pepper and dill.
Cucumber recline in a colander, drain the juice to give, dry with paper towels cucumbers.
Oil mixture spread each slice of bread on top of the 12 slices spread out cucumber slices, cover them with the remaining slices of bread.
Folded into a flat sandwich plate, slightly flatten the top something not too heavy to withstand 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Before serving, cut each slice of bread on the diagonal.
