Christmas appetizer "snow balls"
400 ml cream
20 g gelatin
3 egg whites
2 bay leaves
1 chicken breast
1 carrot
1 onion
black pepper
salt
This stunning Christmas appetizer beautifully decorate the Christmas table, and it will appeal to all tastes fabulous.
Boil the chicken breast until cooked, remove from the water and into the water to put the carrots, onion and bay leaf and cook for 10 minutes, remove the 2 times strain the broth and salt.
