Onion Pie in the American
200 g margarine
150 g cheese
5 heads onions
3 eggs
3 cup wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
12 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 tsp slaked soda
ground black pepper
salt
Margarine rub on a grater, add the flour, add 9 tablespoons sour cream, slaked soda, knead the dough, divide it in half and put into the cold.
Cut the onion half rings, in butter or vegetable oil to fry it until transparent, let cool, drive an egg, add 3 tbsp sour cream, grated cheese (on a coarse grater), pepper and salt and mix well.
Halves separately roll out the dough into rectangles, put one layer to form on it to put an even layer stuffing, put on top of the second layer of dough, zaschipnut edge and make a few punctures on the perimeter.
Next onion pie in American Bake at 200 degrees for half an hour and is served cold.
