Pie with onions and sour cream
1 kg onions
250 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
150 g sour cream
125 g butter
50 g melted goose fat
15 g wheat flour for the filling
3 eggs
1 yolk
2 Art. l. water
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Chop the onion into thin rings, add water, simmered, then add the oil, nutmeg, pepper and salt, sprinkle with flour, add sour cream, warm up for 3 minutes, allow to cool and add the beaten eggs beforehand.
Of flour, egg yolks, butter, knead the dough, wrap it in foil, remove 1 hour in the cold.
Roll out the dough thin layer, put in shape, to make high boots.
Stuffing out onto a cake, cook a pie with onions and sour cream at a temperature of 220 degrees for 35 minutes.
