500 g wheat flour

100 g sour cream
75 g sugar
75 g butter
5 g salt
1 egg
tsp. 1 ?. dry yeast
Fold the ingredients into the bread machine in the usual sequence, rastapi butter, knead the dough.
When kneading, first manually sift the flour, then add salt and sugar, sour cream. In warm water to dissolve the yeast, add to the flour, in the end, add the melted butter, knead soft elastic dough, cover, leave it in a warm place until it will increase in 2 times.
Roll out the dough with a layer about 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough in small flat cakes, lay them on a baking tray lined with baking paper to make each cake pricked over with the help of straws for cocktails.
Before baking grease tortillas top with beaten egg.
