"Pate" Scandinavian
750 g beef, ground pork
300 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
300 g cheese
250 g butter
100 g fungi
1 egg
1 head onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt

200 grams of butter, flour, sour cream, eggs and salt and knead the dough to remove it in the fridge for an hour.
Mushrooms grind, do the same with herbs and onions, cheese rubbed on a grater.
3 tbsp Melt butter in a pan, put mushrooms, beef, onion, cheese and parsley, fry, pepper and salt.
Divide the dough in half, roll out one half, put it on a baking sheet, greased, put cooked stuffing on it and cover with second layer of dough.
If desired, draw the top layer of dough braid of dough.
Grease the pie with egg and bake until browned.
Served "Pate" Scandinavian hot with sour cream.
