Lean appetizer with sweet peppers and onions
10 heads of onions
4 sweet pepper
5 Art. l. 6% vinegar
salt
Cut the peppers into strips, boil together with the purified onion for 5 minutes in salted water, remove from water and let cool.
Cored bulbs, starting them pepper.
Bring the broth from the vegetables to a boil, add vinegar, pour the onion and leave it for a day, closing the lid.
Drain again to bring it to a boil, allow to cool, then pour the onion, remove the starter in the cold and insisted a few days.
Before applying lean appetizer with sweet peppers and onions is removed from the liquid.
