Meat roulade with potatoes and sausages
500 g minced beef
300 g Potato
250 g sausages for grilling
60 g grated cheese (Parmesan type)
3 eggs
5-6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
parsley
garlic
paprika
olive oil
ground black pepper
salt
Peel the potatoes, wash, boil until cooked, crushed into a puree.
Parsley, garlic, finely chopped, mixed with minced meat, adding also mashed potatoes, eggs, spices, breadcrumbs, pepper and salt.
Minced lay on baking paper rectangle, put in the middle of the sausage, twist everything into a roll, and then expand the paper, roll coat with olive oil, once again turn into a roll, shift to a sheet for baking.
Bake meatloaf 50 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees, carefully remove after baking parchment, bake roll on the Grill until golden brown.
