Sausages in mashed potatoes
600 g Potato
1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 egg
salt
4 frankfurters
melted butter
Boil the potatoes, dry, knead into smooth paste, adding salt, flour, egg yolk. Knead the dough from this mass, roll it out to a thickness of a finger, cut into rectangles such that each could wrap up half cut along the sausages. Roll out the dough to grease with beaten egg white, put on each rectangle and wrap the sausage; put on a greased baking tray, brush with melted butter and bake in the oven. Serve with salad.
