Crispy sticks "Pigtails"
60 g powdered sugar
60 g butter
1,5 glass flour
1 egg
3 tbsp. ready coffee
Sift the flour, combine the egg, butter and icing sugar, knead the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts, one of which add coffee and knead it.
Wrap each piece of dough with cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Brown and white dough roll into balls about 3.5 cm in diameter, then roll these balls in sausages 15 cm in length.
Pairs bound in brown and white sausages, to make brown-white braids.
Bake crispy sticks "Pigtails" for 15 min in the oven at 190 degrees on greased baking sheet.
