Crispy tortillas on ghee
500-600 g wheat flour
150 ml chilled water
50 g melted butter softened
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Roasting:
50 g ghee
3 tablespoons sugar
Combine all the ingredients for the dough (flour dough will use much), the dough should have a flexible, non-tacky.
Divide the dough into balls, 5-6 cm in diameter, each subtly roll.
Fry crispy tortillas on the ghee in a pan with butter on both sides, turning on the second side, sprinkle them with sugar and fry each side for about a minute.
Serve these hot cakes with jam or marmalade.
