Meat Rolls with apples and plums
1.5 kg pulp pork or lamb
500 g sour apples
100 g dried plums or raisins
mustard
ground black pepper
salt
Plums or raisins before cooking soak in water.
Apples cut into thin plastics, removing the nitty gritty.
Beat off the meat and rub it with mustard, salt and pepper, put the apples and plums. Optionally, you can sprinkle the fruit with ground ginger.
Hide meat loaf, fix, tied with thread.
Roast roll in the oven for 1.5-2 hours, basting periodically stand out juice.
Roll to be cooled at a small press, cut into pieces a la carte. This meatloaf with apples and plums beautifully decorate the Christmas table, will be a great Christmas snack.
