Fish pie with rice and egg
600 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
500 g fish (bream better to use)
50 g rice
30 g sugar
15 g yeast
1 head onions
1 egg
pepper, salt
To cut the fish, lightly fried, boiled egg boiled and finely chop.
Make yeast dough and roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick, putting a small part of it.
Put on a layer of rice dough, then put a layer of finely chopped onion, then fish and the last egg.
Season with salt and pepper cake, top with a thin layer of dough.
