Tarts Christmas with shrimp
125 g shrimp
120 g smoked salmon
10 tartlets
2 boiled eggs
1 avocado
1 onions
1 lemon (juice)
1-2 tbsp. cottage cheese, almette with greens
red pepper

Peel and dice the onion and avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice, on a coarse grater rubbing eggs, finely chop the salmon, combine all with shrimp and cheese, stir, season with red pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the tarts.
Before serving on the Christmas table decorating Christmas tartlets with shrimp greens, beets, cucumber and lemon.
