200 g chicken

50 g cheese

3 mini pineapple/1 normal

1 tsp. curry

vegetable oil

pepper

salt

Cut each in half lengthwise pineapple, with a spoon to get hard core, discard, then remove the pulp of pineapple, finely to cut, to slice the chicken.

Fry the chicken in oil until cooked, season the curry, stir, put the pineapple, pepper and salt, fry for 2-3 minutes, remove from the stove.

On a small grater, grate the cheese, stuffing roasted pineapple mixture, sprinkle with cheese, place on baking sheet.

To prepare baked pineapple stuffed with chicken, about 10-15 minutes until Golden brown at 180 degrees.
