Cucumber salad with olives

What you need:

3 garlic cloves

250 g yogurt 3,2% fat content
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

1 PCs lemon for juice

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

salt

pepper

100 g olives canned

2 PCs cucumbers

2 parsley - beam

Cucumbers cut into slices.

Garlic is crushed.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Combine cucumbers, garlic, seasoned sauce mix.

Sprinkle the salad with the chopped parsley and olives.
