For the recipe You will need:

500 g fillet salted Atlantic herring (soaked in milk);

1 radish - a small bunch

1 dill - a small bunch

1 young onion - a small bunch

100 g tomato pulp;

200 g marinated meats;

1 tsp. the Dijon mustard;

1 lemon juice

Washed and soaked Norwegian herring fillet cut into small pieces. Cut a young onion, radish and pickled meats (e.g., mushrooms, cucumbers) with small strips, add the chopped tomato flesh. Mix all ingredients with the fish, season Dijon mustard, lemon juice, freshly chopped dill, salt and pepper. We recommend you serve the salad with boiled or roasted new potatoes and freshly grated cheese Oscypek.
