1 kg Potato

1 egg

1/2 head onions

2/3 cup vegetable oil

pepper, salt

Rinse, peel potatoes and onions, rub the potatoes on a large or medium grater, hand squeeze out the liquid, add the grated and grated onion and mix.

Egg break into a bowl, whisk with a fork, pepper and salt, add to potato mixture, mix thoroughly.

Scooping cooked potato mixture with a spoon to spread it into the pan with the hot oil and fry the potato pancakes at moderately high heat until browned.

Served pancakes are served hot with sour cream.
