Pancake fried pies
400 g ground beef
400 g fat for frying
50 g butter

2 glass wheat flour
1 glass breadcrumbs
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. sugar

Dough: Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water, add the melted butter and beat 1 egg, add flour, mix thoroughly.
