Potato casserole (2)
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
6 PCs egg
250 g sour cream
2 tbsp. dill chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg powder
1/2 glass olive oil
salt - to taste
vegetables fresh dill for decoration
Potatoes cut into slices the thickness of 2-3 mm, lightly whisk Eggs with sour cream, herbs, nutmeg and salt.
Potato fry in a deep pan until tender, then pour the egg mixture and bake in the oven.
Before serving, cut the pudding into portions, decorate with fresh vegetables and herbs.
