Ingredients:

100 g canned apricots

100 g rice

1 glass milk
what milk to choose? we'll show

2 pcs. eggs

1 Art. l. fructose

grated nutmeg to taste

Figure pour milk, cook until tender, add fructose.

Egg whisk.

In form, greased, put apricots on them - rice, pour the beaten eggs, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 15 minutes at 200 � C.

When serving, cut the pudding into portions.
