Stewed vegetables in a pot with minced meat and sour cream
For 1 serving:
150 g Potato
80 g minced
50 g frozen vegetable mix
1 onion
50 g sour cream
1/3 glass water
black pepper
universal seasoning
parsley and dill
Onions cut into half rings, potato peel and cut into large chunks, minced roll small balls, cover the vegetables. Pour all the sour cream, 1/3 cup of water diluted, add sour cream finely chopped fresh herbs, black pepper, seasoning salt to taste. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees C.
