Pork baked with sour cream and marjoram
700 g pulp pork (neck part)
50 g cream (15%)
1 h. l. dried minced marjoram
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Rub the pork fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with marjoram different sides and place on foil so that it can be completely wrap the entire piece.
Mix sour cream with salt and vegetable oil, pour a mixture of meat.
Fold the foil in an envelope and bake the meat at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes (until tender).
Before serving, cut the meat into portions pieces and garnish with stewed vegetables.
