Nut cake (2)
150 g walnuts and almonds peeled
1/2 glass sour cream - 1
1 glass sugar
3 PCs egg
300 g seedless raisins
2 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
150 g the apricot jam
1/4 tsp. soda
1 salt - a pinch
Sugar and eggs spread with sour cream. Add chopped nuts, raisins, flour, soda and salt. Mix it all together.
Put in a greased form and bake in a preheated 150-160 �C oven until tender.
The top cake on top of the jam and sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
